Yes, and….

Not much is neat and tidy right now. It can be tempting to try and sort things, including out emotions, into separate, well-defined boxes in order to feel a sense of control. Remember, though, that it is ok to be messy. Life isn’t black and white, and we as humans have many facets to our lives. It doesn’t make us less complete or worthy to have conflicting emotions.
